Ingredients
  • 10 oz. goat cheese log
  • 1/2 C. Marie's® Chunky Blue Cheese dressing crumbles
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 2 C. panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 C. butter, salted melted
  • 1/2 C. Frank's® RedHot sauce
  • 1 tsp. seasoned salt
Garnish
  • fresh greens
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Mash blue cheese and goat cheese together in a medium bowl.
  4. Roll the cheese mixture into 24 balls and place on prepared baking sheet.
  5. Lightly beat eggs in a second small bowl.
  6. Spread breadcrumbs on a plate.
  7. Dip each cheese ball in the egg wash. Roll to coat.
  8. Drop each ball into the breadcrumbs. Roll to coat.
  9. Place breaded balls on the prepared baking sheet.
  10. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden and crisp.
  11. While the balls are baking, make buffalo sauce by whisking butter, hot sauce, and seasoned salt in a medium bowl.
  12. After the balls are crisp, let them set for 5 to 10 minutes.
  13. Use a fork to dip each ball in the buffalo sauce covering completely.
  14. Drain excess sauce and return to the baking sheet.
  15. Bake the coated balls for 5 minutes.
  16. Let the finished balls sit for 10 minutes.
  17. Serve with greens and a side of extra sauce for dipping.
