- 4 whole wheat pita bread
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 pound ham
- 1/2 pound salami
- 1/2 pound bologna
- 4 slices American cheese
- 1/2 head iceberg lettuce, chopped
- 1 medium tomato, sliced
- Oil and vinegar dressing
- Cut a piece of pita bread in half making two pockets. Coat the inside of each pocket with mayonnaise.
- Add ham, salami, bologna, cheese, lettuce and tomato.
- Drizzle with oil and vinegar dressing.
