Ingredients

  • 4 whole wheat pita bread
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 pound ham
  • 1/2 pound salami
  • 1/2 pound bologna
  • 4 slices American cheese
  • 1/2 head iceberg lettuce, chopped
  • 1 medium tomato, sliced
  • Oil and vinegar dressing

Instructions

  1. Cut a piece of pita bread in half making two pockets. Coat the inside of each pocket with mayonnaise.
  2. Add ham, salami, bologna, cheese, lettuce and tomato.
  3. Drizzle with oil and vinegar dressing.
