Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
  • 1 yellow onion, chopped
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • Sea salt and ground black pepper, to taste
  • 1 1/2 cups ketchup

  2. Stir in the ketchup, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, mustard and barbecue sauce. Lower the heat to simmer the mixture until it thickens, about 10 minutes. Stir in the Parmesan cheese.
