- 2 ounces blended whiskey
- 1 teaspoon sweet vermouth
- 1/2 ounce lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon superfine sugar
- 1 egg
- Maraschino cherry, for garnish
- Half-fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Combine the whiskey, vermouth, lemon juice, sugar and egg. Shake well.
- Strain into a cocktail glass.
- Garnish with a maraschino cherry.
