- 8 slices thick-cut Italian bread
- 1 pound pastrami, sliced
- 8 slices provolone cheese
- 1 pound prepared french fries
- 2 cups coleslaw
- 8 slices tomato
- Add pastrami to one of the slices of Italian bread.
- Add cheese, fries, coleslaw and tomato before topping with a second slice of bread.
