- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 lemon wedge
- 1 1/2 ounces spiced rum
- 3/4 ounce Orange Curaçao
- 1/2 ounce simple syrup
- 1 ounce lemon juice
- Orange twist, for garnish
Instructions
- In a saucer, stir together the cinnamon and sugar. Rub the rim of a cocktail glass with the lemon wedge. Dip the rim of the glass in the cinnamon-sugar mixture, and twist to coat.
- In a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice, combine the spiced rum, Orange Curaçao, simple syrup and lemon juice. Shake to combine.
- Strain the ingredients into the prepared glass. Garnish with the orange twist.
