Ingredients

- 1 ounce dark rum
- 1 ounce ruby port
- 1/2 ounce lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon superfine sugar
- 1/2 egg white
- Seltzer
Instructions
- Combine rum, prot, lemon juice, sugar and 1/2 egg white in a cocktail shaker. Strain into a Collins glass.
- Fizz with seltzer, leaving room near the top of the glass.
