Ingredients

  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 lemon wedge
  • 1 1/2 ounces spiced rum
  • 3/4 ounce Orange Curaçao
  • 1/2 ounce simple syrup
  • 1 ounce lemon juice
  • Orange twist, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a saucer, stir together the cinnamon and sugar. Rub the rim of a cocktail glass with the lemon wedge. Dip the rim of the glass in the cinnamon-sugar mixture, and twist to coat.
  2. In a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice, combine the spiced rum, Orange Curaçao, simple syrup and lemon juice. Shake to combine.
  3. Strain the ingredients into the prepared glass. Garnish with the orange twist.
