Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 ounce dark rum
  • 1 ounce ruby port
  • 1/2 ounce lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon superfine sugar
  • 1/2 egg white
  • Seltzer

Instructions

  1. Combine rum, prot, lemon juice, sugar and 1/2 egg white in a cocktail shaker. Strain into a Collins glass.
  2. Fizz with seltzer, leaving room near the top of the glass.
