Ingredients

  • 1 pound Jimmy Dean regular sausage
  • 1 cup Bisquick baking mix
  • 1 pound Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 green pepper, seeded and chopped fine
  • 1 small jar pimento, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Combine sausage, baking mix, cheese, pepper and pimento, and mix well.
  3. Shape into 1/2-inch balls, and arrange on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake until cooked through, about 12 minutes.
