Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 ounces blended whiskey
  • 1 teaspoon sweet vermouth
  • 1/2 ounce lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon superfine sugar
  • 1 egg
  • Maraschino cherry, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Half-fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Combine the whiskey, vermouth, lemon juice, sugar and egg. Shake well.
  2. Strain into a cocktail glass.
  3. Garnish with a maraschino cherry.
