- 1 pound strawberries, hulled
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup sugar
- Pinch fine salt
- In the bowl of a food processor or blender, add the strawberries, buttermilk, yogurt, honey, sugar and salt. Puree until smooth.
- Pour the mixture evenly into 8 4-ounce popsicle molds.
- Insert popsicle sticks, and freeze until firm, at least 4 hours.
